I wanted to make a point of sending an email to commend one of your staff members, Pina.

About 6 weeks ago she organized for some things to be collected from my mother's house in country Victoria and brought up to Sydney.

I had telephoned many companies wanting a quick delivery at a reasonable price. Not only was Transcorp able to come through on both counts, your staff member, Pina, was wonderful.

She was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The pick up was scheduled for the following day and the delivery occurred the day after that. I couldn't have asked for better!

This is to tell you how pleased I was with the service I received from Transcorp Australia when moving my household furniture from Canberra to Melbourne last month. The two chaps who packed my belongings into the truck were very friendly, careful and efficient. My furniture arrived in Melbourne without delay.

It was good to deal with a company that could do the move on the day that I wanted it done and at a reasonable price. The booking was easily arranged and scheduled.
